Reading this table

Each row shows one airport’s on-time rate (the share of flights that depart or arrive within the industry’s reporting window), its average delay in minutes, and its cancellation rate. Green means better-than-typical performance, amber is middling, and red means the airport runs noticeably late or cancels more often in this sample.

Click any column header to sort ascending or descending. Sorting by on-time rate descending quickly surfaces the most punctual airports, while sorting by average delay descending shows the airports where flights most often lose the most time. Codes like JFK, LAX, and LHR are real IATA airport codes, but the metrics are demonstration values.

For route-level figures between pairs of airports, see the routes table, or return to the home lookup to query a specific route.
